Training in UGOKI Aikido Club

On Wednesday I went to train with my first Aikido teacher Mr Sylwester Skalski in his club Ugoki. It was great to see the old friend  and good practice with his students (I hope the one which land on his neck after my koshi-nage is ok today). I'm looking forward for Friday practice now as I was asked to teach some misterious foreign ways of the art ;-).
