Summer treinings

Since May till about three weeks ago we were training in my parents garden in Czechy village near by Zdunska Wola.

Here is a few photos taken by my sister Monika. The gentleman who train with me is Mr Krystian Szałkiewicz.

We did an interpretation of Jo Nine Count Kata and the last photo is a mei-ai practice using some moves from "palcaty". Palcaty is a sticks fencing. It is an old polish way to practice for polish sabre. I found this free play kind off no rule fencing very useful and challenging.
